About Our Name...
We are a small group of therapists that aim to be helpful in the service we provide. Sometimes help can be challenging or maybe even make us feel worse at first (think about the aches and pains that come when you start exercising). However, we are committed to listening to you with the goal of developing deeper understanding of you and working with you. Our focus is on what may be helpful for you in the present moment and hopefully into the future.
Not sure what will be helpful? Not to worry, most people don’t necessarily know what will be helpful when they begin therapy/counselling. With our experience and theoretical knowledge we will give you information to make an informed decision and will collaborate with you as we move forward.
(There are lots of good therapists out there and we don't want to imply that they aren't helpful! The only promise we make is that we keep the goal of being helpful and ethical as a priority)
